• The participant understands, acknowledges and accepts that participation in the Dance Shows/Events organised by GAFV, is a strenuous physical activity and may involve risk of accident, injury to the student’s person or property or loss of life. In case of any accident, injury, loss of life or harm of any nature to any participant, the participant agrees and acknowledges that GAFV shall not be responsible and/or liable for the loss, injury, loss of life, harm or damage caused.
• GAFV reserves the right to reject the participation of any applicant at their discretion.
• GAFVs workshop and Annual Performances will be covered by the media. Your enrolment for the workshop confirms that you have no objection to the same and will co-operate with GAFVs for all such publicity, television and media coverage.
• GAFV will access your personal information and/or share it with third parties only for the following purposes: a) as needed to confirm compliance with the terms of your registration agreement or to enforce our rights under a registration agreement. b)if required to do so by law or to comply with legal process. c)to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the public.
• GAFV will not sell your personal information to anyone.
• GAFV is committed to ensuring the security of your personal information.
• GAFV also gathers and uses data that includes some of your personal information, but in a way that removes all of the parts of the personal information that could be used to identify you. That information is used for analysing the effectiveness of various marketing strategies and also for analysing the performance and use of our products. We may share this collected information for marketing or product improvements.
